Youth
ministry is a religious program that involves young people in their faith
community. It can also be called a youth group.
PURPOSE
- To encourage young people to
develop a relationship with Jesus Christ
- To help young people become active
in the church community
- To help young people grow in
their faith
- To help young people learn to
live as disciples of Jesus Christ
- To help young people participate
in the church's mission
Characteristics A
safe space, a culture of creativity, A culture of theological awareness, and A
team of adult youth leaders who are growing in their faith.
Activities outreach activities, ministerial programming, opportunities for spiritual growth, and community involvement.

In our Youth ministry, we focus in areas include activities, topics, and gatherings that help adolescents learn about God and grow in faith.
ACTIVITIES
- Bible study: Read the Bible and other
religious writings
- Prayer: Offer readings, chant, or
participate in the choir
- Worship: Learn the hymns of the
church and use them in prayer
- Games: Play games that are fun
and help build community

gatherings, Retreats, and Worship and discussion of spirituality.
Goals Help
adolescents through their turbulent teen years, create a balance between fun
activities and teaching adolescents more about God, Point adolescents to the
Lord, give adolescents advice, and Listen to adolescents.

our activities our Purpose is evangelism, discipleship, fellowship,
ministry, and worship.
